How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address. you'll also receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

When will my order ship?

Most orders placed before 1 PM EST are processed the same day. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, Express takes 2-3 business days, and Overnight takes 1 business day.

My tracking shows 'Label Created' - what does this mean?

This means your shipping label has been generated and your package is being prepared for pickup by our carrier. It should be in transit within 24 hours.
